Sales Representative, International (m/f/div)

We are currently looking for a Sales Representative to join our Berlin office.

We'll be a great fit!

The focus of this position is to help SANI reach its customers more easily.

It will encompass responsibilities such as identifying leads, educating prospects on benefits of SANI through calls, trainings, and presentations, as well as providing existing customers with support if they need it.

The Sales Representative position combines both inside and outside sales models.

SANI's team is currently in the startup phase—which means that you'll have an opportunity to fuel your growth. As the company becomes more mature, you'll be able to choose your own path according to your skills, dilligence, and experience.

This is a full-time position.

We need a Sales Representative who can:

  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads.
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.
  • Work with the marketing department to align on strategies.
  • Track all sales activities in SANI's Pipedrive CRM and keep updating accounts.
  • Communicate customer and prospect pain points to relevant departments.
  • Help establish sales quotas—and then meet them.
  • Speak and write in English fluently (C2, bilingual, or native is required).

It would be great if you also had:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or relevant professional track record.
  • Several years of sales experience.
  • Proven ability to meet sales quotas.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of a variety of prospecting tools such as Albacross, Leadfeeder, Apollo, Brand24, and more.
  • Working knowledge of the German language will be an asset.

Office Manager (m/f/div)

We are currently looking for an Office Manager to join our Berlin office.

We'll be a great fit!

The focus of this position is to help SANI stakeholders (employees, founding team, and partners) align their work and coordinate the execution.

It will also encompass responsibilities such as document procurement, scanning, sending, uploading them, and coordinating with the relevant third parties.

SANI's team is currently in the startup phase—which means that you'll have an opportunity to fuel your growth. As the company becomes more mature, you'll be able to choose your own path according to your skills, dilligence, and experience.

This is a full-time position.

We need an Office Manager who will:

  • Book all external appointments for the executive team.
  • Ensure timely delivery of the executive team needs.
  • Organize business trips and coordinate flights, accomodation, and transfer.
  • Scan, print, and send necessary documentations for different stakeholders.
  • Procure, store, and administer most IT equipment.
  • Ensure all internal systems are up to date with the internal policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with property management in terms of the office space, furniture, and space management.
  • Help in the recruitment processes.
  • Ensure that the office is well-equipped.
  • Speak and write in English fluently (C2, bilingual, or native is required).

It would be great if you also had:

  • A practical knowledge of the German language.
  • Incredible attention to detail.
  • At least a year of experience as an office manager or executive assistant.
